Leila Janah is the Founder and CEO of Samasource and LXMI, two companies that go beyond charity to #givework to low-income people around the world using cutting-edge social enterprise models in technology and luxury skincare, respectively. She is the author of Give Work: Reversing Poverty One Job at a Time, released by Penguin Portfolio in September 2017.
Prior, Leila was a Visiting Scholar with the Stanford Program on Global Justice and Australian National University’s Center for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics. She was a founding Director of Incentives for Global Health, and a management consultant at Katzenbach Partners (now Booz & Co.).
Leila is a Young Global Leader of the World Economic Forum, a Director of CARE USA, a 2012 TechFellow, recipient of the inaugural Club de Madrid Young Leadership Award, and the youngest person to win a Heinz Award in 2014. She was named one of Fortune’s Most Promising Entrepreneurs in 2014 and was the subject of cover stories in Entrepreneur, Fast Company, and Conscious Company Magazines.She received a BA from Harvard and lives in San Francisco.
Jessica Gioglio is the co-author of “The Power of Visual Storytelling: How to Use Visuals, Videos, and Social Media to Market Your Brand.” Professionally, Jessica has led innovative digital marketing, public relations and social media programs for Sprinklr, Dunkin’ Donuts, TripAdvisor, State Street and Comcast, work that has resulted in numerous industry awards.
Andra Keay is the Managing Director of Silicon Valley Robotics, non-profit industry group supporting innovation and commercialization of robotics technologies. Andra is also founder of the Robot Launch global startup competition and a mentor, investor and advisor to startups, accelerators and think tanks, with a strong interest in commercializing socially positive robotics and AI.
Andra cofounded Robohub, the global robotics research news site, building on her background in film, television and media production, internet and computing technologies, with degrees in Interaction, Communication and Human/Robot Cultural Studies. Andra also cofounded Robot Garden, a robotics makerspace and teaches Interaction Design and Theory. Andra has a particular interest in understanding diversity and representation in robotics and AI and started the Women in Robotics community. Andra speaks regularly to international audiences on robotics/AI ethics, innovation, commercialization and interaction.
Fun fact: Andra used to play in early Australian punk rock bands.
Stella Kasdagli is a journalist, writer, translator and youth/women facilitator. She has studied French Literature in Athens, Greece, and Media Studies in London, and has worked for 10+ years as a women’s magazine and online editor. She has published two books, a memoir for young mothers, a YA novel on eating disorders and the Princess Athena series for the empowerment of girls, women and teens.
She is the founder of the Women On Top mentoring network and she’s keenly interested in supporting women to explore and nurture their creativity and professional development throughout their lives. She is also the co-founder of the Mentorkids mentoring network, which offers professional orientation mentoring to 15 to 18-year olds. She has been facilitating blogging, social media and professional development workshops for the last 3 years.
She lives in Athens with her husband and two daughters.
Antonis Sroiter was born in September 1974 in Athens. He is a graduate of Anavrita School and a senior at the Department of Greek Civilization of the University of Patras. He speaks English and German. He is married and a father of two children.He began working as a journalist at “Apogevmatini” newspaper in 1993. In the meantime, he collaborated with magazines (Status, Klik, Crash, Avantage, Know Who, Forum, the Magazine of the European Commission in Greece) and attended Communication and New Technology in Media seminars in Athens and Brussels.In 2006, he worked as chief editor at “Proto Thema” newspaper. In 2008, he began his collaboration with ALPHA TV, as a commentator at first and then as an anchorman of the news bulletin. From 2009 until today, ALPHA TV’s news bulletin began as 5th in ratings and managed to become 1st in ratings. In the last three years, ALPHA TV’s news bulletin remains 1st in ratings.During his television course, he presented election programs for six elections and participated in four debates of political leaders. Via “Aftopsia” research program, he has travelled to war zones; he has dealt with all major social issues and has presented interviews with personalities from the political and business world. Among them, Bashar Al Assad, Matteo Renzi, Wolfgang Schauble, Martin Schulz, Kiro Gligorov, Nicolas Sarkozy.In 2016, a survey by Reuters and Oxford University designated ALPHA TV’s news bulletin as the first and main source of information of Greek viewers, among all electronic and printed Press media.In 2017, Antonis Sroiter was awarded the Botsis Prize, the ultimate prize for journalists in Greece.
Maria Skagou is Head of Legal & External Affairs at Vodafone Greece, having joined the company in 2015. Prior to Vodafone, she has held senior roles at M&P Bernitsas Law Firm, Vivartia and Mega Channel. She holds a degree from the Athens University School of Law and a post graduate degree in Public Law from the University of Strasbourg.
Maria Founta is Google’s Country Marketing Manager for Greece, Cyprus & Malta. She focuses on establishing strategic partnerships and launching Google services and initiatives that support consumers and help businesses in the region to grow online.
Maria holds a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from NTUA and recently graduated from INSEAD’s Marketing Academy in France.
With over 15 years of experience in creative content, Athina Georgiadou has shaped the image of multiple publications like Status, Vogue, Men, Andro.gr and many more. Transferring her know how from publishing to brands, she produces digital multimedia content that amplify user experience bringing together aesthetics and technology. An early adopter of marketing trends she has developed innovative influencer marketing campaigns for Diageo Reserve brands, Philips, AB Vassilopoulos, bringing into the spotlight new ways to reach audiences and build connections with consumers in the digital age.
Kostas is leading the Home and Personal Care Operations for Unilever in S.E. Europe. Prior to his current assignment he worked in Global & Regional roles for Unilever in London and Rotterdam. He has a passion for developing Brands with Purpose and believes that the digital space is the natural habitat for a purposeful brand.

Galateia Laskaraki is a Greek journalist and editor.
She studied Theatrology in the University of Athens and International Journalism (Masters Degree) in Cardiff University.
She started her career in 1999 in Newspaper To Vima as a writer in lifestyle and foreign news, and moved on to work in various positions in fashion and lifestyle magazines. In 2006 she became debuty editor in Marie Claire, and later also appointed head of digital for the magazine’s website and tablet editions. In 2014 she launched Marie Claire Blog Awards, which would become a reference event, not only for endorsing internet influencers for the first time in the traditional media world, but also for changing the way of magazine advertising and creating branded fashion and beauty content.
Since May 2017 Galateia is Chief Content Officer for MC Greece, after Marie Claire international re-launched the title in Greece.
Alexis Pantazis is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Hellas Direct, a digital-first, full-stack insurance company, empowered by cutting-edge technology and artificial intelligence. Founded in 2011, the company aims to revolutionize the insurance value chain by adopting an extreme focus on operational excellence. Prior to Hellas Direct, Alexis Pantazis was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, a former strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, and he also worked for Miramax Films in New York and the Competition Directorate General of the European Commission in Brussels. He has held advisory roles and participated at Board level across a number of different start-up companies. He is a Fulbright and British Chevening Scholar, a Robert & Diane Levy Fellow and an Endeavor Global Entrepreneur.
Born and raised in Greece, holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Piraeus.
In 2006 Effie Presvia was appointed Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Eurobank Stedionica S.A., in Belgrade, Serbia. From 2010 to 2016, she held the position of Director of e-Business Sector of Eurobank Group and the CEO position of Business Exchanges, a subsidiary of Eurobank, offering electronic B2B services such as E-auctions, E-invoicing & E-Procurement. From October 2016 Effie Presvia joined Accenture, leading the areas of Digital & New Business in Financial services field. In the context of her role, Mrs Presvia is establishing clients’ relationships and managing with her team their strategic, consulting & technology needs, E2E. Also, designing and overlooking holistically the digital evolution programs of Accenture FS customers, based on their specific needs, digital trends and high convergence of various industries’ services. Effie Presvia is holding an advisory position at Viohalco group ‘Digital Transformatjon and Innovation Advisory Board’ and the position of general secretary at EIP, EEDE.
Yiannis Kantoros, CEO of INTERAMERICAN Group of Companies was born in Athens in 1966. He has graduated with bachelor degree in chemical engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and afterwards he accomplished his MBA studies at the Cardiff Business School.
After his academic studies, he started his professional career as Sales Management Executive in multinational companies, such as Bausch & Lomb and Rhone Poulenc Hellas.
In the insurance sector, he entered 17 years ago, when he took charge as Marketing Manager and afterwards as Marketing and Sales General Manager by INTERAMERICAN Group of Companies in 2000.
In April of 2015, he was appointed in the position Chief Operations Officer of INTERAMERICAN. He executed his duties until November of 2016, when he promoted as CEO.
At the same time, he participates in the Board of Directors of the following insurance companies: INTERAMERICAN Life Insurance Company S.A., INTERAMERICAN Property & Casualty Insurance Company S.A., INTERAMERICAN Road Assistance S.A. & Athinaiki Clinic S.A. Furthermore, he is also selected as member of Management Committee of Auxiliary Fund Insurance of Liability Arising out of Motor Accidents.
In the context of his professional education, he has participated in the Executive Management Program at the Ashridge Business School, as well as the Achmea Senior Leaders Program at the Bled School of Management.
